Digital delivery

Solenari Care sells digital products. No physical item is shipped and no shipping fee is charged for digital products.

After an order is created and paid, available digital files are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If the email or file does not arrive or you need help accessing it, contact contact@solenaricareus.click with your order number.

Refund requests

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting contact@solenaricareus.click with your order number and details of your request. Digital products do not need to be physically returned.

We will review requests and respond using the contact information provided. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
